Reservation Policy
To make a reservation we require that a credit or debit card be placed on file. The card can be used for touchless check out at the end of your services and otherwise is not charged unless we receive less than 24 hours notice for a cancellation or our service providers are no call/no showed. At that time we will charge 50% of the service to accommodate the service provider for the time they had with you.
We understand that life is hectic and with the 24 hour notice you help our service providers have the opportunity to reach out to other guests that we have on our wait list. If you are unable to leave a card on file we do offer other options to help make sure both you and your service providers time is respected.
Return Policy
Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Hair or skin products must be either unopened or gently used. Progressions can offer a store credit or exchange for a new item. Bio Ionic tools must be in new condition and include original packaging; otherwise, they must be returned to the manufacturer to honor warranty.
Satisfaction Guarantee: Clients may request a redo for a service within 14 days for any technical errors with the service.
Salon & Spa Specials
- As a new client at Progressions, we offer you 20% off a full priced product at your first visit, $20 off a service new to you valued at $50 or more at your second visit, and a complimentary brow wax or treatment at your third visit.
- When guests are referred in or refer a friend to the salon, both will receive $20 off a full priced service.
- Every guest is automatically enrolled in our Loyalty Points Program. Guests earn a point for every service and retail dollars spent. Your Loyalty Points can be redeemed at 250 points for $5 off a retail item or saved up to 1,000 points to be redeemed for $20 off a service new to you.
- Progressions offers specials featuring different services, products, and gift cards throughout the year.
- Specials cannot be combined with any other discounts, this included service specials, gift card specials and retail specials. The guest can choose which special is taken advantage of at each visit.
